Business Development Manager – IT Solutions

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Business Development Manager (IT Solutions) to join our growing team. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong industry ties and a passion for technology. You will be in charge of identifying new business prospects, developing strong client relationships, and closing strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business possibilities in various IT solution categories (Cloud, ERP, Automation, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong client connections with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to better understand client demands and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create successful proposals and solutions.
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth expectations.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (3–4 years) in B2B business development, preferably in IT services or solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies (ERP, Cloud, RPA, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
